We love a good communication analysis in this substack (Emily Oster anyone?), and one of these headlines might even make you laugh out loud. Let’s dig in and analyze what they’re literally saying, what they’re really saying, and the most revealing, what was left unsaid…
Everything was great except for the part about voting for Kennedy. The " I won't move to ban firearms but will be happy to sign any anti-2nd amendment legislation that Congress passes" position he takes is incoherent and a deal breaker.
You should watch the silly propaganda piece on Awesome Deep State; it presents the unelected forever bureaucrats and lying spooks as just ordinary soccer mom/ nerdy science dude workers who might at some point in the future do something as cool as clean polluted water, or blow up meteors on a collision course. Matt Taibbi and Walter Kirn hilariously ripped this NYT nonsense on their witty podcast, America This Week, and reminded us all that the NYT damn well knows who occupies the Deep State, that's who they call every day for their sourcing. https://www.racket.news/p/transcript-america-this-week-episode-dc2
i've been sensing this desperation too and these headlines had me smiling a little at their level of stupidity. for me, the signs are the overall level of desperation we are seeing in some of the arguments they are making that are even less believable than the crazy over-the-top easily punctured illogic around the convid.
thank you for this straight look.

Nice work, well crafted.
Trump is an excellent wrecking ball for the system.
